She said that she is going to cancel that deal and she is going to tell the guilty party's lawyer that either we go to trial or he pleads guilty before the judge and he decides, but that she is going to cancel the offer that she herself (which is incredible) proposed.

I really hope it works out for you.

It's true, there's always the possibility that it won't work out, but at least in our minds we'll have the satisfaction that we fought until the end to get justice because 10 years to serve 6 for the lives of 3 people isn't justice.

I believe you are doing the right thing by not settling and fighting for more. it shows you care about family and friends and people should be held accountable fully for their actions.

I don't have money because I don't love it enough, what I do have is a beautiful family and true friends for whom I would give my life, the point is that he was not a person going to work or going to see a sick relative, he was an irresponsible 15-year-old boy driving his parents' car at 83 mph in a 30 mph zone, and not for the first time because there is witness that he even went to school by car and always ran the car in that zone, unfortunately it was our family that paid for his irresponsibility and that of his parents but it could have been another family

So sorry you’ve gone through all of this! I’ll pray you get justice so that you and your family can put this all behind you. Peace is in your future.

My youngest son walked in with this possum and I was like get that nasty thing out of here. He said he’s going to eat it.
My sons are working in between jobs on my property clearing trees. I want some dwarf cows.

Looks like trochus snails to me! Those aren’t Mexican turbos, what kind are they?

I still don't know what coral this is, I have a bigger one, this was a piece that broke off and I put it there and it's already growing upwards.

Looks like my goldenrod anacropora!
