What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?

My mornings in the late winter. It’s time to get the fields ready for spring.
With all my free time I’m the President of my towns youth baseball league.
I did a lot of that! My boys play for 4 or 5 years but my daughter played from 5 to 18 years old. Won state twice and regionals once. Took 3 in the World Series after losing to the team that won the next day 7-6. The team that won run ruled the other team in 5 innings in the championship game. 11-18 yo travel ball and high school ball. A lot of fun.

I think my parents are gonna pay for shipping with my live aquaria order, I currently have two tux urchins, 5 nassarius snails, 10 dwarf blue tip hermits, and 5 turbo snails. I tried to get emerald crabs but they are so expensive, they have a sale but its not much that's for sure. If I ever have the chance to order from LA again, definitely gonna get a fighting conch, emerald crabs, and cerith snails. The more you look on their website the more you realize 100$ wont get you very far lol. But I really want a fighting conch I dont know why but I like how it looks and I hear its good for cuc, as well as cowries.
This is why I prefer Reef Cleaners.

Y’all were discussing shelves a few pages back. I have aquarocks peninsula and it’s awesome. 12 mount points and it let me add a bunch of acros high up, and it extends well into the tank putting frags in ideal lighting placement

Heads up the coraline coloring appears in photographs…weird lol but it’s not like this in person. My camera or lighting or some combination makes it come out looking nuclear in pics.

It looks like their website pic in person. In my photographs it looks like it came out of Chernobyl

If you live near Lincolnton GA I’ll give you my emerald crabs because I’m getting nervous about them eating my coral.
I’ve never had one eat coral in 30 years of keeping them but recently I saw a video on YouTube of one eating a torch coral and it’s freaked me out ever since!!
Im in Chattanooga. About 4 hours away from Lincolnton.

I hope you got some rest last night.
I did. I laid down and passed out. Woke up at 7 for my 7:30 meeting. Sitting here talking with Billing about Code Enforcement. Fun times.

Be careful. I too kept emeralds a long time.

Added 3 about 6 months ago and caught one eating my acros I tried to shoo him away and he waved his claw at me lol. He killed two high end sps on me

2 just faught each other and one died

Ok so now I have 2.

I caught one and put in the sump.

Now I have 1 to deal with. And he’s smart and fast and constantly eludes / escapes me. Brain the size of a grain of salt lol

I gotta look into "cryptic zones" today's like the 3rd or 4th time I've heard it and it have ALL kinds of room for any sized cryptic zone i want, if I want one
