That's my sound booth. I'm the Technical Director (or something like that) for our church. I'm more or less in charge of all things audio/video for services. My wife manages the lighting and lyrics team, I manage the sound, broadcast audio, and all video team.

My daughter is a big help as well. I've been training her on sound and she does a lot with the cameras so I don't have to do as much.
