Does ab+ add to nutrient load? I wasnt under the impression that it did, but isn't it just aminos/trace and vitamins? Ive never used it. I dose aquavitro fuel for aminos and it has zero effect on nutrients. If you're worried about benepets increasing your nutrients, switch to worms or a freeze dried coral food. Get a good pod population going. Corals love pods like everything else does lol

I wish my mag was 1480. This just shows you how every individual tank is different. 44 n03 and ZERO algae. Your corals look fantastic Luis. Are you happy with your numbers, or do you want to address something?

I'm really happy with the numbers, I'm actually looking for stability right now instead of chasing numbers, I managed to reduce PO4 to 0.4, I'd like to keep it there, maybe raise the ALK a little bit but it's been like that forever so I'm not too worried about it, about the algae John, you've always seen my tank with super high nutrients and I've only had small GHA once but I haven't had anything for a while now

I genuinely have no clue about ab+. Gonna have to do a dive into some rabbit holes tonight. I swear I saw people saying it contributed to algae blooms in their tank so i just assumed it did

In my tank AB+ has a tendency to raise PO4 a little, as does Reef Roids. I still use both of them because they are both good. Fuel and Benepets don't seem to affect my PO4, or at least not as much. I tend to use Fuel and Benepets when my PO4 is a little high and AB+ Reef Roids when it is a little low.

My LFS tests with the API machine I posted the other day and it's pretty accurate compared to the tests I have at home. I use Hanna and Salifert at home.

I went there about 17 years ago. It was nice but very small.

Good! One stylo doesn't seem to have made it, but it also hasn't lost its flesh yet so I'm still letting it sit a bit longer. Everything else seems great! Unfortunately my nutrients were higher than I wanted something I have to figure out how I want to address that. It's not alarmingly high, but since I bought 2 acros, I'd like to keep them a bit lower than they currently are. 21.5 nitrate and .22 phosphates. Thinking refugium? Or maybe start using filter socks. I have plenty, just don't use them as my last problem was too low nutrients :grinning-face-with-sweat:

I got one too, and I'm 99% sure that it is a monti digita. I'm not sure if that will change any of the care requirements for you, but I thought I'd tell you.

Even if a stylo looks completely dead I would leave the plug in the tank. They are really tough coral.
