Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Planted my snap pea seeds today. I was going to grow them out in a container in the sunroom but directions said to plant 3-4 weeks before the last frost. I’m probably a couple weeks late.

I'm going with bagged roasted chicken tonight with acorn squash. need one more veggie. pending how lazy I am over the next couple hours, I may just do boxed mash potatoes.

I actually prefer instant potatoes. I bought cheese sauce for broccoli for tomorrow’s dinner.

Got a big shipment of algaebarn galaxy pods this week.

yeah, the ground almost still needs to be frozen to start peas. I think beans too. I have a small green house that I plant stuff in so I do not have to worry about all the seasonal issues as well as bugs and animals. Garlic though grows best when you plant about a month before first deep frost. I just plant now on halloween and it seems to be appropriate. Harvest though is like mid July but it lasts a whole year. one of the most successful veggies.

I wish my kids would like cheese on broccoli. something that works great is ritz crackers for the crumble. the buttery rich goodness

my jaw fish tends to eat frozen still and not thawed. SO maybe pay some kid $500 for the life of the fish to come and drop a cube in instead?

We, plant our garlic in the late fall. But lately just after sunset I’ve been seeing vampires walking around and it occurred to me we forgot to plant them last fall. :crying-face:

you can plant is spring but they don't get too big. I think soft neck grows well in spring.

are they spicy like buffalo sauce? I'd like those. kids probably not but they do love the regular flavor.
A smidge of heat but nothing like all the flaming hot snacks. I can’t eat those but my boys love them.

bacon is usually a main course. but I guess I could use the grease from it. I tried that once and took too much work. well to re-use. after cooking a pound of bacon I tried to filter it through a coffee filter and use as pan grease later but was too time consuming.
