Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
@tbrown
I never got around to harvesting. Probably Saturday. Should I add a little fertilizer or just let it ride?

The water change went well. My parameters were good, but I'll be running a bit of phosbond to get p04 down some. My alk is usually around 9-9.2 and calcium is around 440. These numbers were down between water changes this time. @kevgib67 I think this shows you to be correct that I may have to start dosing soon.

Wow!
Lotsa crazy going on there John my goodness....

This is the part of the hobby that tests our love for it. The tank always seems to come back better than before in the end.
Well said.
The normal person would have gone wacko by now....

Brother, I miss the South honestly. People are so much friendlier, its more laid back. Trying to talk my wife into moving south!
I appreciate your kind words. We are fortunate to be able to travel when we want and spend quality time together.
Im in Orlando until Saturday if you want to come hang out!
We have the same concept in France. The south "sudiste" are considered lazy, laid back, loud... i am from South and proud of it :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

It probably needs fertilizer but adding before harvesting means you're going to add fertilizer to the tank when if you harvest Saturday. Maybe do a lower dose. Half or quarter mL instead of 1 mL? Then cut Saturday and dose again full dose that time.

There's a formula you can purchase from multiple sources. I think there's an original, but more than one vendor offers it.

Thanks. Basically what I was thinking, but always will bow to experience. Added 2mL (ish) to each gallon.
