Catawba_Valley_Reef was living in my home town during Hurricane Katrina back in 2005. We went to the same lfs and remember some of the same concerts. I didnt know him then, just met him on r2r. But after hearing his amazing story here, it's like I told him, it's a fraternity of sorts if you survived Katrina.

I actually did contemplate swallowing a bowl of shrooms and washing it down with a couple bottles of whiskey. But then I read a sign that said "calm your body and mind, breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it for 7 seconds, and breathe out for 8 seconds and repeat". then kept thinking, I'm breathing in for only 4 seconds and out for 8 seconds? I'm still thinking about that. ???

He’s doing better, antibiotics have kicked in I think. Alternating 600 mg Ibuprofen and alternating Tylenol has helped and he is standing and walking upright. He slept most of the day but has been up and about the last couple of hours. It hasn’t affected

his appetite!
