Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
My son wanted one of my blue mushrooms. A few months ago I tried fragging one but just resulted in splitting it in two. Yesterday I saw one on the sand that came off the rock . I put it in a plastic cup in a low flow area and added a empty turbo snail shell. About an hour later it attached. It’s currently in the cup in my son’s tank.

It's Friday, I didn't sleep much last night, but I think I can get out early, so, all in all, not too shabby!
Hey brother, just get through today and be ready for a restful weekend if you can give yourself that luxury.

Good morning John! He is recovering and his procedure went well. He spent time on the Smorg yesterday.
Fantastic! Thanks for checking on him. I had a day and a half yesterday so I wasn't able to check on him

John, did you see the pictures of Wes and his family with Joel in his restaurant?
No!!! Ok im definitely going back and digging for that one!

I hope all goes well. Stay positive

I had a debilitating condition when I was younger, dealt with it for almost 10 years. Drs no help. Specialists continuously misdiagnose, prescribed meds that didn’t help, kept having me come in for tests and special procedures that put me in massive medical debt. Nothing helped for years. And then a cure was found. And I’ve been symptom free for years. You
Never know!
Thank God for that VR

According to the doc I'm in really good shape, the procedure went textbook. Doc's happy. I'll know better in a few days. As meds wear off new aches appear. Main thing is I've got three new implants complete with their warranty cards for my wallet. I have two aneurisms, one in the lower Aorta which was still pretty small and a large on on my Interior Iliac. They put in a coil and two stents. Main thing is looks like I'll still be here to care for my family.
Thank God brother. What a big burden to have had on your back. And you're just concerned about your family. My kind of guy. God bless and take care friend

Those just look like large Aiptasia to me. When they get large, or maybe it is a separate genus they have those strips but those look just like Aiptasia I've had and have killed with F-Aiptasia, Peppermints and Berghia but Berghia were the only ones that got all of them, F-Aiptasia is tricky as are all the chemical fixes because if not done 'just right' only ticks them off, the Peppermints worked pretty well until they decided that hammers were easier and the Filefish I had never ate anything.
100% agree with everything said here. My peppermint ate corals and my berghia ate aiptasia. Sounds like I got lucky there. Everything I tried before berghia ticked em off and they multiplied. The big ones looked just like yours
Good luck brother.

Does it really get any better than this?
I want to thank Wes and the whole family for taking the time for lunch with me at the Cafe.
I cannot tell you all how lucky I am to have met and hung out with this world class family
Made my whole summer.
This is really what it's all about.
We need more pictures of smorgasbord family meeting up. A pic of Wes and Joel together!? This is absolutely epic!!

..wasnt really going to bring it up, but since everyones being so honest.. i havent been able to think about anything else for a few weeks... hence why i was kinda MIA. I got an appointment Monday. If it goes well, its life changing... quality of life, through the roof.. if not, idk.. life goes on. I really REALLY hope it goes well. Been trying to get this taken care of since I was 21 years old and everytime I see a doctor about it, it seems like an absolute waste of time.. they can never find anything definitive. Recently theres been a new development that I think will potentially, shine some light on it so I can finally get some answers. Prayers that my appointment goes well would really be appreciated.
Of course brother. We love you and care about what you're going through. Genuinely. Keep us up to date
