Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Well as long as they aren’t getting worse you will be able to turn this around.
I’ve no idea how to tell if they’re getting better or worse lol. I guess as long as they are still on somethjng then that’s a good sign. The tentacles are all sucked in and they seem to be very puffy in the mouth and a bit “lippy” lol.

If there’s flesh there’s hope. Did you start raising the salinity?

I'll add it to the other buildings. I have the Green Grocer, Cafe Corner and Haunted House. This one seemed to fit in.
Do you have them displayed?

Yes. Yesterday I mixed five gallons. I pulled five out, and added about a gallon back. Then this morning I used a big cup (it’s about two actual cups) and added that. Checked and I’m right under the 1.021 mark.

My battle with aiptasia is like rooting for the Padres for 50 years...
Every time I get excited, they lose.
But here we are...
Thought it was my imagination...

I think we might be getting somewhere.
I've only got about 10 big ones left.
All the small ones are gone from everywhere.
I'm absolutely stunned 😲.
This makes my day! Excellent work Joel. We've all been pulling for you

If they're all gone one day, I'll try writing an article about it.
I believe it was a whole process, between the shrimp in the bucket, the vinegar bath, the freshwater baths and the berghia.
I think the berghia are working but I also think by nuking 70 percent of the aiptasia, it gave the berghia a better chance to actually get a hold on things before they spread out of hand.
My problem was pretty bad and I think the first ones didn't stand a chance.
Aiptasia are truly amazing creatures in every way.
The berghia as well.

Well, I went from 7 to 18% today. Solid 10 hours non stop, as fast as the videos would play.... tell me how that math makes sense for a 45hr code course? Oh brother..
If there's testing or reviews along the way, they usually count for a higher percentage than the videos for these kinds of courses.
