Good morning and Happy Thursday, Everyone
Before I get to the quote and song of the day. Everyone here
#Smorgasbord (sorry for the ping). We at R2R are running a Best of the Best contest. This is your chance to nominate your favorite vendors for all sorts of categories. Nominate your favorite coral person, favorite tank maker etc... It's free game for everyone! Nominees have a chance of winning a sweet plaque, an exclusive badge, and a couple of other exciting prizes. So go VOTE and tell all of your friends to vote. You will probably see me promoting that thread a lot on social media or on the "best of the best" threads themselves. Any ways to our normal posting!

One thing a lot of us do is reflect on the past. Both the good parts and the bad parts. However, while it can be enjoyable to reminisce on the past, it can also be harmful for us. It can bog us down, make us regretful, make us try to change the future because of a past action etc... Why should we be focused on changing our past self instead of being present and focusing on the now? If we can change our minds to focus on what is going on around us now, we can change those around us, change our outlook on life and not live a life of misery and regret. So today, try to let go of the bad things that happened to you in the past. While it might be hard, it can lead to you having a more positive life if you focus on the current circumstances around you and not the past.
