What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?

So I know I mentioned that on one of the only cold days in Florida I had a live stock delivery with some issues. (My mistake since the weather just dropped 20 degrees for that random day) I mostly blame Fedex since they always seem to deliver my package the latest possible in the window & they did not handle it well. The good news is Top Shelf Aquatics is replacing all the items and shipping them out Thursday to arrive Friday & the weather is supposed to be Much better that day Mid to high 70s. I did end up losing the shrimp, and three of the five micro brittle stars, & all of the snails (the two barely alive fell out of the shell later that day) 😭. The other two I do not know if they are alive since they went into the tank into the rock work. Super happy with TSA though
yeah, TSA is pretty good to deal with if there's an issue. I know shrimp and crabs usually go into a deep sleep in the cold shipping and takes a while for them to wake up. most issues I have had is when they ship mid to late week for any company. its usually late then and sits out on the truck overnight/weekend. its really key for businesses to ship Monday. not later than Tuesday.

I finally got everything settled. The duncans aren't completely opened up yet, but I really love them.

Amazing corals John! I’m always on the lookout for yellow corals and that plate is the most yellow coral I’ve seen.
