I finally got everything settled. The duncans aren't completely opened up yet, but I really love them.

The plate is now the brightest thing in the tank.

And the chalice "speck" is cool too.

I think I posted the recipe a while ago for Joel but it takes a while to make and fussy pending the environment due to humidity and temp. making it at Thanksgiving time versus Easter ends up totally different. the recipe is a starting point then need to add more flour etc...pending the feel of it.

Amazing corals John! I’m always on the lookout for yellow corals and that plate is the most yellow coral I’ve seen.

Me too Kevin. Pink and yellow are my favorite tank colors. It is making everything else in my tank look dull. How are your new jewels doing?

I tried to take a picture of one like yours at lfs the other day. I looked at it through the camera and didn't take the picture because it did it no justice

I know what you mean. Mine were so full that any way I turned it seemed to compromise one head or another. I finally just glued part of the base into a hole in a flat rock and leaving well enough alone. My Fungia is still trying to find its happy place but it isn't moving around very quickly.

Does yours move a lot Tom? This is my first one that isn't on a frag plug or rock stand. The other two are obviously happy though. Im wondering if this guy will move?
