Sounds a lot like you had/have a problem with Richard Simmons and his workout videos. I, for one, always got a kick out of him and respected him for what he was able to do. His demise was sad as his body slowly started giving out. I'd prefer to go by a fiery, high-speed car wreck or even a bullet to the face.

There are also a number of glow-in-the-dark filaments. However, I'm not so sure the animals want to see anything glowing when it's dark.

yeah, I'm assuming the sparkle/glitter probably isn't safe. been trying to find info on some of the filaments. PLA says it will break down in about 6 months. I need to make a little stand for the skimmer when I get the PETG stuff.

This is probably a stupid question, but can't you stick it back in the tube and then put the tube in the sand?

Yeah you're right. Id probably prioritize one or the other. Maybe you could keep a wrasse fat and happy with mysis and pellets and he wouldnt eat all the pods?

My six line eats so much mysis that it looks like he/she is pregnant but still goes back to picking on the rocks eating after I am done feeding or swimming in circles around my Hawkfish wherever he lands (I swear he is taunting him lol).

Its kind of why I am not a fan when people say to feed all the food they could eat for 1-2 minutes because my Six line & Royal Gramma will eat until they explode and are happy with seconds, thirds, 23 rounds of food lol. The six line I hear is one of the most aggressive types of wrasse though, especially with feedings so it may be different. My tank is also a lot smaller and my cube tank has no Fuge section so you are probably fine.

So far so yep! The crew leaves a little to be desired at times but we'll get there.

nope. you can lay them on the sand too. but I place a bit of sand on top to prevent current displacement.

I'll let you know how it is. the low sensor on the osmo 2 stopped working. the high still does. just such a disappointment from BRS that the "preferred" shipping at $6.99 to get here in 3 days is no different than their "free" ship. so don't get pulled in. this has happened to me before from them and I didn't learn. but it said it would be delivered by last Friday even. But UPS said once they accepted it, not till today. Been trying to keep up with the top off. I'll save the parts though from the previous version. I'm pretty sure I can use the pump.

it got fatter and shorter out of the tube. you should know these things by now, shrinkage sir!
