When I worked at kroger we played a variety of music there, but every single day at about 4 minutes til hour change. They would play a jingle and one of five songs. The only two I can remember them playing nonstop were " Put Me in Coach " - John Fogerty, and "Jump" -Van Halen. It got old hearing the same couple songs nonstop, but It was nice because I would know an hour of my work day was done, haha

I really do wish they would at least put in the effort to change it up weekly for the sanity of their employees it would drive me crazy.

Oh trust me it drove me up the wall. Our climbing gym has the tendency to play similar songs too? Occasionally they will play something off the wall that is really good

Did you listen to The Lone Ranger opening and hear The Lone Ranger say, "Hi Ooo, Silver, awaaay"?

I watched reruns of that, when I was a kid, with my dad. On Sunday mornings, in Chicago, WGN would play The Cisco Kid at 10:00 followed by The Lone Ranger at 10:30. We hardly ever missed them.

I still watch both of them, have them on DVD.

Sunday morning there wasn't much on but Saturday morning was toons followed by Sky King and then ride my bike over to the elementary school in the next town to watch B monster movies.

Sadly not yet. We haven't found it at a good price yet. We just finished watching all ten seasons of Perry Mason last night. I love watching the cars, tech, and furnishings change over the course of a long series.

--edit-- I just found out that part of the reason we haven't found it at a good price yet is that my wife does not care for the series
