This water drop 8 stage ro under the kitchen sink is amazing, I dropped $950.00 for it. ...it has a tds meter at the faucet..reads zero...I have it going to my fridge also.
And no stupid big water tank anymore...
This ro works on demand..
Does 600 gallons per day..
The filters are super easy to change, cost more then regular ro but these last longer. 6months, 12 months and the third is up to two years !!!

For those that use an auto feeder where is the best place to put it on the tank? I'm thinking near one of the wave makers so the food is spread through the tank or am I wrong?

Mine are by the wavemakers.

I don't use an auto feeder currently but I'd say it depends on the type of auto feeder and what you commonly feed from it. If it is a surface release auto feeder, like an Eheim then you want it to start to sink before it disperses so in a quieter part of the surface. If it presoaks, like an Avast, in the current as it is already sinking. But, it also depends on whether it is flake or pellet and floating or sinking. I would try a few places with the feed you intend to use to see what disperse best for you. You usually want it to start to sink and then gently disperse around the tank.

I do use a feed cup that sits in the flow on the opposite end of the tank from my gyre as that works well for both pellets and frozen for my tank.

I have not used one before but I'm thinking I would use it for pellets. Its just one that drops food my stepson got out for me for my birthday a few years ago and I've never used it.
