And do you guys think its better that I leave her in the big tank or would you take her out and put her in a smaller tank that's about 5 gallons with some sand and live rock?

yes, keep them but don't fridge them. not sure how long you can keep them out though. but also not sure if it would make a difference. I'd just dump them to the sump and let them grow there.

I never did but I also left the top off the bottle, then capped it and inverted the bottle (after capping) a few times to get them off the bottom, then uncapped again (after top of bottle is top-most portion of the bottle again).

And let it aerate (remove cap), at least once a day and invert (with cap on) at least once a day to keep it from settling.

Yes that part I know. I normally just split the pods between the sump and the tank and put the phyto in the fridge to dose but I thought it might be good to have some to spot feed her to make sure she gets some to eat. I will also have brine shrimp that have hatched I can spot feed.

I am out of my 45 year old brine shrimp eggs, and yes they still hatched. So I have decided to buy these and will be raising them to adult. Feeding phyto and spirulina powder. Adding this to my fishes menu, I don't expect a tip, but sure they will be happy
