Good morning/afternoon/night everyone! Not going to play catch up, sorry. I went golfing this morning. Made it 4 holes in and my back gave out. Spent 3 hours sitting in the golf cart watching and encouraging my friends while they golfed. Made it back to the clubhouse for lunch and couldn't even get out of the golf cart because my back was spasming. Went to Urgent Care and got a shot in the my glute for the pain. Still lots of pain but no recent spasms. Scrip for Flexorol and IB 800s.

Ouch, so sorry Tim, praying your pain subsides!

Sorry Tim . I know spasms in back is no fun . Hopefully you can rebound and make it a short lived recovery. I do know a chiropractor if you need one but you’ll have to drive to Ohio .

I prefer not to be pickled when getting adjusted.

My day has come to an end, but would like to share that my fathers birthday is tomorrow. he is a WW2 (Germany) and a Vietnam vet, He was 90 when he passed away in 2016, He was hard but fair man. He told me what I needed to know, miss him badly. He shaped my life to be what it is.

to me, he was the badest man on the planet, weather when we was hunting in Colorado or Kentucky, or telling me i did not need the end of my index finger when i cut it badly, then call be a feminine pelvic area when I said i wanted to keep it, yes, miss him badly

My dad was the one I went to if I was at a fork in the road. My first thought when it happens is to call him. I always thought he would always be there.

This is the bigger of my two ruby red dragonets she came out for breakfast after I put in some baby brine shrimp. I have named her Genovet. Then Ms.Mabel came out as well for some breakfast. I just love watching the three of them scuttle around the tank.

Well my quest to be like John is like a plane on fire spiraling out of the sky. Looks like my second plate won’t make it. I found it like this partially covered by the rfa, half of it is skeleton. I don’t think the rfa did it but another coral. My first one walked right into my large single acan. I posted a video of of on my build thread last night and it was by itself in the sandbed by itself perfectly healthy. Not sure if I’ll get another wanderer.
