So I made a call to my spine doctor because the shot honestly hasn't helped me very much. When his assistant called me back he asked if they have me the Epidural Steroid Injection and the Root Nerve Block and I told him no that they only did the nerve block. He said that they were wrong and they were supposed to do both at the same time so now I have to go back to the hospital and get the Epidural Steroid Shot on May 13th. I am not happy that they did it wrong. I even told them when I went for the first one that I thought it was supposed to be an Epidural Steroid Block.
Incompetence !

Thank you my friend is just very frustrating because if they had done what they were supposed to I might be feeling better by now.

Whenever messing with aiptasia, and today I scraped tons off the top wall and bottom, I change lots of water trying my best to get as many spores as possible and dead aiptasia as possible.
I also like changing water.
I like doing them but not with buckets lol my back would for sure be angry after that. Lol

That would be beaker, my Copper Band Butterfly. He was evicted from my softie tank. He wanted clam on his menu. Nopey nope. They had lived together for ober a year, maybe close to 2 years. My favorite fish.
Good morning everyone!

What a lovely asiatic lily. The tall tree varieties behave better for me.

I'm going to order the propes and he's going to replace current outlets with the GF ones.
Good idea, will have to show my hubby
I just seen my tiny pompom crab that I haven't seen in a really really long time. Glad to know the little guys still alive.
Love when that happens. I found a blood red shrimp in one of my quarantine tanks. Thought it had died last year!

As my friend Tim would say, don't do as I do.
20260427_062254.jpg
Rocks, covered in aiptasia.
I let them sit in a bucket of RO water for 24 hours then spray them off.
Works great.
Only thing I know to help...
Really!? I have some aiptasia on a frag shelf. Ill try this. Anything else Joel? Just let them sit and then scrub em off? I guess since it's a frag rack I COULD just let it sit in the air too since it wont have frags

Well that's a couple of blasts of gorgeousness! Your Asiatic is amazing. My wife loves lillies, roses, and bagonias! I need to get her one of those the tree varieties like you have.

Good to see you today, friend

Yes ma'am. I am a Registered Nurse for the Dept of Veteran Affairs.
My husband is a 100 percent disabled veteran
How about a copper band or another butterfly
I love mine. But don't have any of them nasty things for it to eat

Sorry this happened. How frustrating
