Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
You are more brave than I am sir. If my wife saw buckets sitting on our hardwood floors without a towel under them.... let's just say I'd be wearing dark sunglasses and coverup makeup!
Morning Rocky !

Still think the right aptasia eating peppermint shrimp would help. I had it bad and within a one month I saw day light . Not only did it get rid of them they kept them from coming back and now I haven’t had the shrimp for about four years and the aptasia still hasn’t come back .
He can't with the trigger. $10 snacks

Good afternoon Smorgs... morning for some of you farther West. Really cruddy morning so far, we had an "update" over the weekend and I come in to work and my computer won't connect to the internet.... it took almost 4 hours to get it working. I had to reschedule several of my patients since I couldn't even open their charts. So much for "improvement update".
Do you work on people ?

Came into work, one new face. Last week one was fired and one quit. Then the office manager came in stating he took another position and won’t be working here. I 19 patients scheduled the first hour but thankfully one rescheduled, hoping for a better afternoon.
You would know what a chiropractor was if you spent a little more time with you patients . 19 patients in one hour !
19 PATIENTS IN ONE HOUR !!!! WOW!! That 3.1 minutes per patient . Did you even get their name . Waking in and walking out is 2 min. lol ! 😝

Wow that sucks or he could put him in another tank for a while ?
That is easier said than done with big fish like triggers.

Tim have you tried a tens unit to get thru the pain ?
Does hot and cold affect it ?
I'm having back spasms. TENS machine will hurt a lot. I've been using ice packs and heat pads. Not sure if it's helping or not but it feels good and doesn't make it worse.

Trigger loves shrimp Mrs B 😋

So I made a call to my spine doctor because the shot honestly hasn't helped me very much. When his assistant called me back he asked if they have me the Epidural Steroid Injection and the Root Nerve Block and I told him no that they only did the nerve block. He said that they were wrong and they were supposed to do both at the same time so now I have to go back to the hospital and get the Epidural Steroid Shot on May 13th. I am not happy that they did it wrong. I even told them when I went for the first one that I thought it was supposed to be an Epidural Steroid Block.

What would happen if you took vetteguy 53081 approach to water changes ? He does 1 gal a day .
Whenever messing with aiptasia, and today I scraped tons off the top wall and bottom, I change lots of water trying my best to get as many spores as possible and dead aiptasia as possible.
I also like changing water.
