Those 5 color Chinese peppers start off purple, even the blooms are purple

I was drilling/cutting and using motar today...The structure is taking shape ..I think next week it all goes in the tubs for 30 days in the dark with a rock or two from the 300 to seed them

I haven’t had brojol for ever , my wife’s cousin made it. For those who don’t know, flank steak pounded thin , covered in garlic, bread crumbs and cheese. It’s rolled and cooks in the sauce.

Pot and just paste sauce and Parmesan, it’s just tossed in like the meatballs. These Degos dont hav written recipes. Let me see what I can find.
