tend to your back mine is still not great but been able to avoid injections for a year. been resting in for a few days.

I'm hoping to avoid another injection as long as possible because they hurt its been a few days past 3 months since I got the last one and I don't think my insurance will pay for another one until September or October I can't remember what my spine doctor told me.

mine I believe was minimum 3 months. the real issue is it takes away the back pain but since you don't have pain, you tend to work it worse rather than not so anything for a while. finding better sleep positions has helped me recover but when I do certain activities it gets aggravated again. simple things too like playing catch with the kids.

Yeah that’s a gorgeous tank. Mine looks pretty unhappy but not quite as bad as a a week or two ago before urchin and pitho that Bobby let me use. I’m thinking that I might just sell the tank and keep the light and other stuff and get a smaller one like the IM 15 gallon starter kit or 20 gallon starter kit. We’ll see what happens but that the way I’m leaning
