Exhausted and weak, had my son carry up 3 five gallon containers of water last night for a water change today. I previously did that. Not sure if it’s the anemia or kidneys or both. I hope to be turning the corner soon. Thanks for asking Tom.

I was going to go with my first choice apple sauce but we don’t have any! What kind of mother or wife doesn’t have apple sauce in the fridge or pantry? I’m going to wait until she gets home from her 12 hour shift and make her go out and get some to teach her a lesson. So I went with the second choice of sauerkraut.

Sorry to be the one to say this. But someone told us earlier this morning. We went to a nearby bar for ours.

Even though it's National Cheeseburger Day, we had Arby's. They opened a Hobby Lobby in town about three miles from our house and my wife wanted to pick up a few autumnal decorations. The Hobby Lobby was built where an abandoned strip mall stood (after KMart closed the few remaining stores left and the mall stood empty for years). Anyway there is an Arby's in the parking lot for the mall but we've never been to it. In fact we haven't been to an Arby's in at least fifteen years. Verdict: as good as it was in the seventies and much better than in the naughts. We will go again.

My Maracyn just arrived. Going to go dose little Pumba, aka pyramid butterfly, for a little eye infection. Should be ready for his new home in 2 weeks.

Tank stuff except for the harvested sand came. Fresh sand always looks so nice. Still a bit foggy bottom out there but clearing relatively quickly. Dosed my first dose of Microbacter and got the new floss and Chemi Pure Blue in .when the other sand comes in it’ll be a total of 14 lbs. since I don’t plan on tunneling fish or other critters that’ll be good enough I think.
