Got up - barely- cannabis infused whipped body cream - yes please!

Oh, didn’t do mini-water change - ugh. Quick 5-gal one and now going back to bed.

use this video for your clownfish. I used it on my 2 clowns and it worked great. place the phone or tablet in front of them for 5-10 minutes at a time, as much as you want and soon enough they'll be hosting the anemone
