Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Wait I meant isn't QT just watching the fish to see if they get sick.
QT would be adding meds, etc or even basic hyposalinity without meds whereas observation is exactly that, observing fish watching for illnesses, rapid breathing, etc, feeding garlic whatever without copper, etc.

Ah ok! Thank you.

So do I need to add anything other than copper to my QT tank with my current fish?
you need to pick a strict regimen how and what method you are going to do and stick with it... ;) :)

Well any suggestions? I watched a BRS video sometime back but seems like some don't like BRS here not sure why.

Fish people unite, not qualified in treatment to give strong advice... ;)

I've never treated for anything... I'm very much a Paul B type and more or less let everything run it's course. Sometimes I lose fish, sometimes I'm successful.

Been way to long since we had a little music. This is a home town band that made it big. If anyone likes the saxophone you’ll like this.https://youtu.be/nXrAUxt4wIY?si=JsBI3R-g1bKCahgs dang didn’t work!

It was a stocking thread and someone bought up a tailspot blenny. I’ll have to see if I can find it when I get home.
Omg a tailspot!!! That could be pages and pages of u two demanding everyone buy one. Hehe

I just sorta let it rip.
If I'm ever looking to buy a fish I buy it and leave it at my LFS for a few months.
My hawkfish I bought on a whim and didn't think about it.
I've never had a quarantine tank.
I won't comment on BRS videos.
If using any product just follow the instructions to a t and don't mix meds.
Copper seems to work for many if kept at the correct therapeutic levels from what I've read.
Ich has a full life cycle and there's tons of information on R2R, success stories abundant on the right way to quarantine.

Thank you I found what seems to be a good one to follow on a sticky note under the disease forum
