I recently had a pod explosion. Trying to decide if I want to try a Mandarin or Dragonette. Probably not, but the thought did cross my mind at least twice. Maybe even 3 times.

This might be a silly question but when I glue the coral plug to the live rock do I take the rock out of the tank and glue it? Also what if I put it somewhere is not happy? How would I move it again if it's glued down? Sorry if this sounds weird I had to take a pain pill for nerve damage in my feet because they are killing me today and the meds make me loopier than normal... I'm waiting to glue them until I get lights that are being mailed to me by an awesome member of our little reefing family here.

I glue it in the tank, typically I use a little epoxy and put glue on it and attach it to the plug and then put glue on the other side of the epoxy and place it on the rock. Usually it takes a few minutes before it a fixes. If you need to move it later it will pop off without much effort, just ask my tuxedo urchin when I first got it, these were glued down.

Is there a certain brand of epoxy I should use? Or a brand I should avoid?

Also got those of you that have are 3D printing experts I do not like the look of frag racks is it possible to make
This is what I use, it is not absolutely necessary. A lot of people just use glue. I find it is stronger when used in combination.

Also, I put the glue on the frag plug and then squish it onto the rock under the water. Hold it for 15-20 seconds and it'll remain somewhat pliable still. Once set, it usually pops right off with a little prying.

As the corals grow will they cover up the ugly plugs? Also is it possible to cut of the leg part of the plug so I can glue the frag flat to the coral? If so what should I use to remove it?

You listed phosphate twice I’m hoping the .1 is correct and the 8 is ph (?). I want some of the meds you’re on! Mag and ca are way low, testing error? What salt and test kit are you using?
