ah this coffee is good....Whats everyone up too... I am on tonight...so I can not stay up all day/// finished the felt/foam/carbon rack for first chamber..It is in the sump....Used a small basket its like 4"x6"x4". already had square holes in sides and top. I cut some of the bottom out and used egg crate as the bottom and glues 1/2" pvc pipe for legs..I will change the felt today and share a pic...so far works great..have carbon bag on bottom, then a pad(got a big box of this stuff, it is actually pads that they use to buff or clean hard tile,concrete etc floors, so it is not so dense) and then the felt I get a Joanne fabrics. A big bag is like 12 bucks. I did this quick since I will be making a whole new sump for the next tank, I am thnking I will make the next rack out of acylic with drawers...need another cup...be right back....

I would go with external as well more room inside the tank.

OK OOW and everyone else who helped pushed me to external overflow boxes...thinking of two 1 inch pipes in each as drains...maybe 15 or 18 inch weir lengths across each box. that's would be 30 inches, or 36inches out of 72 back panel..

Good morning! I finally had my follow up appointment for my back... Turns out I have some slight curvature to the left of my lower lumbar and some slight thinning of the spine in my lower back. Both of those can cause some sciatica which can cause foot and toe numbness.

Oh yeah, and my blood pressure was only 160/104 which could explain the headaches. Or the headaches could explain the blood pressure...

So glad you went and got the work-up. What are their thoughts on spine or do you need to go to specialist? I would recommend doing so as there are too many moving parts on spine issues (no pun intended).

She said "Do nothing" since there is little to no pain and the thinning is very little and the curvature is very slight. She said get a chair cushion and don't use shovels unless I have to.

Blood pressure... Yeah. I mean, I finally fired the guy but now there's drama at my kids' homeschool co-op. :zany-face:

And, headache and blood pressure could be stress related or sinus since there's been wind and rain these past couple of weeks. Several people at work have had COVID recently and I've been around 2 or 3 of them recently right before they went home sick so... :oops::face-with-monocle:

By the way Joel, I made some Overnight Oats last night and was really hoping to tell you how wonderful they were to help you get your food live back but... Unfortunately they were just kinda "Meh."

I used Greek Yogurt with Honey, Old Fashioned Oats, Chia seeds, and chocolate Almond milk. I should have added some other flavors. Maybe some white chocolate chips or some raspberries or strawberries. Ohhhh.... Chocolate Covered goji berries are good. Maybe some white chocolate chips and goji berries next time!
