I find different nuts to be as filling as cheese, and there's also a lot you can do with them. Pine nuts and honey go well on top of almost anything!

Plenty of different nuts in the Smorgasbord!

today,,,can of tuna, protein shake with alot of different supplements mixed in and about 10 pills..(no not prescription drugs so dont worry I am not sick) , more nuts and berries.

There was no doubt the beans were ground on demand

I love a sardine’s with parsley, chives, shallots. Braggs vinegar or just lemon, Greek olive oil, sea salt and lots of cracked pepper.

a lot of work for today too, summer is coming and the work increases a lot in these months, but we have to work hard because corals can't buy themselves and we don't have a cheap hobby lol
