Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I had a "discussion" with a developer... They put in some infrastructure that isn't approved because their engineers messed up on the plans and our plans examiners didn't catch it because it was mismarked in the plans. They want me to just accept it and deal with it because "we" already approved it. I politely and politically said "I wasn't invited to any of those meetings and the approval ultimately falls to me so we'll discuss it internally and let you know our decision." The developer didn't like that...

Oh well. If her people did her job I wouldn't have to do my job, right?
Stand your ground Tim, if the sh….t hits the fan, you don’t want to be held responsible.

Nah, I'm on the clean water side. No fans necessary here. :face-with-tears-of-joy:

Although, the Wastewater Superintendent did ask me yesterday if I'd be interested in applying for the Wastewater Collections Supervisor position... I asked if they'd negotiate wages for a lateral. His answer, "Why would we negotiate? You always told me you don't want to work with poop."

But yes, I stood my ground. To the point one of the inspectors called me after the meeting laughing. He said "I loved your answer! I wish I could answer people like that but when I say what you said, I get fired..."

You be you Tim, it seems to be working!!!!!!

Correct. And it won't notify anyone that you edited a post.
Well that’s sucks! There’s no value in a placeholder then if nobody can find it in your old pages

You can edit it, then quote it in a new post so we can go back and look at it? There are ways my friend! There are ways.

I ended up just cutting and pasting into new post. For the rest of the old placeholder posts I’m just doing individual coral features. Thanks for the guidance.

@ESABOE did you see the new corals in my thread? I will get better pictures this evening when I get home.
No - I feel asleep catching up on threads - lol. Going over there now!
