Hi everyone. I managed to lose my balance and fall and hit my head yesterday morning helping my husband get our hunting beagles out of their lots so we could take them to get some exercise and think I gave myself a mild concussion. My head hurts and being on my phone aggravates it more so I am limiting my screen time the next couple of days so won't be on much. Didn't want you guys to wonder where I was. oh girl you need to take care of yourself...yes doing less is best...for two days cut out a lot of physical activites, reading and screen time....light sensitivity reduction is good to....
