Yes, going to have my mother over and watch my Cleveland Clowns ugh I mean Browns play. The frustration and depression will be balanced out by my Buckeyes win yesterday. How about Vandy? Wow!

Should I leave the Skimmer off for a few days? :confused-face::face-exhaling:
You could shut off skimmer, decrease frequency and amount of water changes and increase feeding. Keep a close eye on your phosphate it’s basically zero. I don’t want you to come on here using the dreaded “D” word.

My nutrients are low too. N03 10, po4 0.03. I've been trying to get then up by feeding more, but nothing seems to work. I rarely have my skimmer on. I am hoping the RS AB+ will help?

Right now I'm changing 10 g every 15 days, the skimmer is on 24/7 and the fish food 3 times a day, I'm mixing 2 cubes of brine shrimp, 1 cube of fish eggs and 1 cube of marine cuisine ( all this together ) , coral food ( reef roids, benepellets and coral cane) , AB+ and phytoplankton every 3 days.

Reef roids is what I know 100% raises phosphates, AB+ I think only raise nitrates and maybe a little bit of phosphates
