Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Why don't you tell your part? Are you hiding something?
I often don't think about myself lol but you have a point ;) I added some new corals to the tank, a joker torch, montipora digitata and a lobophyllia, I'm having a little problem with my octospawn that has tissue receding and for the rest everything is pretty good

Alright Jill, enough flesh band to say these are not goners. How long have you had them and did the down turn just happen all of a sudden? From what I see, this is why I asked for pictures, I think they aren’t getting enough par. You have a lot of low light corals thriving, you even have a sinularia and paly/zoas thriving that are mounted higher than the torches. You will need a par meter to know for sure. Can anyone else chime in and let me know if you are seeing what I am seeing?
no its not a sudden decline. i do have a par meter and thought i had them in the right spots for light, but i will double check!

Is this polyp bailout? Jill, did the piece in the bottom of the photo fall off the main colony?
no that is a seperate torch. a tiny one that ive had for a long time and somehow it keeps living!

This doesn’t look much different than mine. Is this not normal?

I hope you don’t take this the wrong way and your wife bans you from R2R, but nice flesh bands Will!

No, I think you're actually hiding the fact that you're an artificial intelligence

Bringing in a CuC from reefcleaners.org for the holidays tomorrow but I dont think they are going to be happy coming to northern wisco from Florida, its supposed to snow here wed & thurs.

Don't know if anyone has ordered from them before, I have not, however he was emailing me on Sunday night @ 20:30 about the order. That is not a response I am used to anymore.

Can't believe we are not having tacos tonight. Have to make a run to town for groceries, maybe we will stop for some! Been ages since we have eaten out.

I've ordered from John many times. Generally positive experience and always pleasant working with him. I take pictures when I open the box and email him photo evidence of any DOAs and I've never had a problem getting a refund.

That is good to know, thanks! Have never put this much into snails, so hopefully they are workers!

i guess compared to yours it does look normal! i was just going by how it looked when i got it from SBB and i know it has shrunk. just wanted to figure out what was wrong before it gets as bad off as some of my others!
