Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Got it. Im stopping at Petco tomorrow to grab my instant ocean. My mom immediately got mad at me when i asked for the ro buddie...
You can pick up gallon jugs of distilled water at your grocery store until you get the ro unit, less than $1 a gallon.

I initially filled my tank with Whole Foods DI for $0.49 a gallon. Just need to bring your own jugs. That’s why I had the hand held TDS meter. Took a few trips for 150 gallons of water. I think Wallyworld brand is the least expensive pre bottled water. Was buying there for humidifiers.

So after much thought and several lesson with a trainer I decided while I love love love her when I'm spending time on the ground with her I didn't enjoy riding her. So today I traded her to a friend of mine for this beautiful boy that I think will be a much better fit for me. My friend will give Lacy an amazing home and I will still be able to see her when we go trail riding.

Now if you traded her for a motorcycle I would perk right up....

My first album was Bruce Spingsteen the River followed by Pink Floyd the Wall ( still one of my favorites) and AC/DC Highway to Hell.
Light weight. My girlfriend gave me Led Zepplin for my first album...my parents were not fans!

Shouldn't that water be tested

Ouch, Lowell, that hurt! I was in 5th grade. I wasn’t even in the market for a cool girlfriend. :zany-face:

It’s pure H2O, water is heated up into vapor. The vapor is ran through cool coils where it condenses back into water. Nothing but water. I use to use it in my previous tank for top off when I didn’t have ro/di made.

There's nothing better than vintage vinyl. When I was growing up, they had basically stopped producing it, so I only discovered it later in life.I fell in love with the sound and the hunt for the old stuff... been collecting 60s and 70s vinyl for a while now and it's very gratifying to find that stuff in the wild. Zep's one of the best.

@luis angel these r the powerheads, just cleaned them a few days ago
how are you cleaning them? For mine, I put a tablespoon of citric acid in a quart of warm water and soak them for about 20 minutes. then toothbrush them, rinse with RO and pop back in. Walmart sells citric acid for $7 where they keep the canning supplies. You could use vinegar too but citric acid I believe is better on the rubber parts.

Do you know how many GPH they move? But I have a feeling you're going to have to buy something more powerful. How many gallons does your tank hold?
