I counted calories for several months once or twice before but it's hard to do when you are eating homemade food that doesn't really have a recipe.

Straight up! We cook a lot of foods from scratch and it can be really hard to figure out.

I don’t think I was ever eye candy, the closest I may have got was decades ago. You have to remember, Joel is old like me and his eye sight is going along with his cognitive abilities. I understand it because I was where he was a couple of years ago.

Much healthier and it's very neat you don't eat sweets.
I think the way you are eating is a lot like the way people should eat.
We Americans are glutinous pigs who are very spoiled by food with a McDonald's or Taco Bell on every corner.
I think you look good, still handsome and you'll live longer with less weight your heart has to carry around and we can be friends a lot longer too!!

Luis is crying in the corner over the Taco Bell comment. I agree but you may need to apologize before he leaves and goes to a more Taco Bell friendly thread.

Really bad photo, but just in a small cup. I had it in there for maybe 7 minutes because I didn't know how the coral would react so I didn't want to go overboard. Every minute or so I would stir the water.

Yours make take a few dips to get polyps to come back since it's been closed for a while.

I am definitely going to try this Walker. Do you dilute everything with a little bit of water?

Please don’t leave Luis, in my opinion Taco Bell is one of the best 5 star restaurants I’ve eaten at. Joel may have had a senior moment. Poor Joel, he has really gone down hill over the last few hours.

Pretty good. Apologies for late response. I just got done off Xbox. Tank wise we are almost GHA free. I need to prevent where my extreme bald spots are and get the small little pieces near my coral out. Also I think my toadstool is dying or dead. He hasn't opened up in a few days not :(

@kingranch2003 I know that each tank is different and has different parameters, but normally there are some parameters that are almost the same in all tanks. I can tell you this from my own experience. My tank has always had high nutrients and even if we see it perfect somehow. Now that I lowered the nutrients, especially Po4, I realized that in just a few days, 1 hammer and 2 torches already have new heads. My recommendation is that you raise that magnesium, to at least 1300 or 1350 minimum, just my humble opinion
