So after our discussion about magnesium, I decided to start dosing it. This mag supplement also maintains strontium and boron. I'm consistently below 1300. I use this spin test from my lfs as a monthly or bi monthly "report card" for consistency after keeping up with my numbers, I like that verification every now and then.

Absolutely agree! Nothing like sitting in a shanty with a heater on an old sofa (no kidding) fishing. My friends shanty was probably 8'x10'. He would pull it out on the ice with his 4 wheeler (not the truck kind of 4 wheeler)

@00W helped me a lot with this, but I want to let everyone know that I am very happy with the phosphate reactor. At first, I ran it for 24 hours a day and it went down a lot in a short time. After that, I ran it for 6 hours and from one week to the next it went up a little. Then I ran it for 12 hours and it went down from 0.40 to 0.20. Now I have it at 11 hours and we'll see how it goes from one week to the next.

I love it especially the sites. I used a glock for the conceal and carry class . I was at my brother in law’s house discussing my upcoming gun purchase and he said check out this P 365 he bought for his son. I picked it up and knew it was the one. My oldest son was going to the range with a friend to shoot handguns. I couldn’t wait for him to get home and tell me how much he liked it. He’s 6’ and has big hands. He didn’t like it.
