Good morning Luis, love the porcelain crab!
Good morning Kev, I didn't know that they shed their skin like shrimp. I got a big scare yesterday, lol

couldn't get it to focus from the angle with glass reflection. He was using the mandarin as a head rest. any idea if the mandarins secretions would cause harm to his skin? I know poisonous to consume.

Sorry, I don’t know but probably not, I had one decades ago and didn’t know anything about pods. It didn’t end well.

Been busy lately with yard and garden work, 22 total pepper plants, 14 jalapeno, 4 serrano, 2 hot tai (container) , 2 second year tabasco (container), customary squash and zucchini, okra, potatoes (container) , cucumber, new garlic bed, and the 5 year old asparagus bed is really putting out. Going to finish up planting red and white radish today. Then its relaxing time for the remainder of my vacation

I can’t wait to get mine going, still a couple of weeks before planting. The garden bed is ready to go. I worked on it a couple of weekends ago.

all from seed, except the serrano and tai peppers, I have been using the unused nicrew lights I have for seedlings, they work great, but the spectrum is different from a tanks. I try to match this.

I have tilled mine about 4 times since February, gives me a head start on the weeds

I'd like plow the whole back yard over for a huge garden but it's all rock with a few inches of dirt on top.

That's about all I brew anymore. I enjoy sourcing the hopps and hopp oil, lupilin, whatever I'm using, and for the effort of brewing, the higher ABV is nice

I'm trying a few things, none of which I find very efficient yet.

One is I stack a couple of the plastic mesh sheets under the yogurt/bread. The I lift off the bread and the middle plastic mesh, leaving the one stuck to the dirt in place. This prevents dirt getting into the water, but I'm getting fewer worms.

Another is grabbing some worms and dirt into a small container, putting enough water in to just cover everything, and then laying a plastic mesh on top to collect the worms that try to eacape onto the mesh. Problem with this is: slow, and some worms don't figure it out and stay writhing in the water.
That's pretty much what I'm doing too. I haven't thought of doubling up on the mesh, though that's a good idea. I tried "floating " the dirt out with water too. We'll come up with something and share it.

I turned mine over, added 240 lbs of top soil and covered it with weed guard.
