Well on this week’s podcast of cooking with Kev, instead of dueling banjos we have dueling chicken dishes. Chicken in wine sauce and chicken parmigiana. Paul the one piece in the container on the left with the extra mushrooms is for you, your welcome.

Here are two photos from the bird sanctuary. I was too carried aways by feeding all of them almonds lol. They had over 250 birds there, including an emu. It was awesome.

Then, we went on a little 2 1/2 mile hike. It was awesome!

Cucumber, tomato, green pepper and onion. Apple cider, vinegar, water, sugar and pepper to taste. It is quite delicious and I'm not a vegetable fan.

That chicken and wine sauce looks like it was brought forth from the Heavens on a flaming white chariot. I cannot tell you how bad I want that.

We vacation there every year ( except last and this year due to the wedding) and I never heard of that place. What’s it called?

Easy to make! Little prep, bread and fry, cut up mushrooms and onions combine ingredients and bake.

It's called the Bird Gardens Of Naples. I believe it's only opened on weekends. You can feed them unsalted Almonds and blueberries, and the birds just stick their beaks through the cage and take them!

I just noticed my royal gramma swimming weird and noticed the right side of his abdomen is bulging out, I don’t think he’s going to make it he was one of my first fish and is at least 4 years old. Sorry bad pic.
