Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Mmmm...Breaded GHA with a side of Cyano honey!
The would be great as Italian greens. Olive oil, garlic ( a lot), roasted hot pepper and Parmesan cheese.

Mine don't work via app, I arrived home now, I think one is damaged, I'm trying to get another cable to test
That's stressful man, I'm sorry you're having to deal with that.

Does anyone know how many days the tank can be left without lights? It's the AC/DC adapter that's damaged, but the ones I have won't work because of the connection.

Welp that does it... I'm officially on a shrimp hunt. I never had a single problem with my euphyllia until I got the peppermint shrimp
I've had other shrimp that never bothered a coral and I know other reefers that didn't seem to have a problem with their Peppermints. Maybe I got far-sighted Peppermints that couldn't tell an anemone from a hammer coral, or I just got extra hungry ones, or lazy ones or just plain old jerk ones. Good luck with your euphylia.

luis, i think your tank will be fine without the lights for just a couple of days
Thanks Jill, I can have one from Amazon on Sunday, but I wrote in 4 WhatsApp chats here in Miami to see if anyone has one to sell me. If they don't respond in 1 hour, I'll buy the one from Amazon.

heres me and my crummy pics again! can any of you help me with chalice placement? i got those freebie ones and i really dont know anything about them!

I can't help you with the chalices since I'm losing mine, but we need to see pictures of your tank more often, wow

Is that OTC or script?
It’s all the rage, all the cool young kids are using it like Xunhe, Camden and Parker. It’s script but due to the demand the Mexican cartels are making it and selling it to dealers here to be distributed. There is usually a guy parked in a panel van in front of all the local lfs. Make sure you get blue the rest is junk.

I know lots of people have done black outs for a few days battling algae without any problems.

Yeah I agree with this. I'll say this much. My corals look worse since the shrimp arrived, and the Aiptasia looks healthier. Peppy le Pew is going into my wife's fowlr tank lol

@smitten with ocean life , Jill I keep mine in low light and low/moderate flow. I have to keep mine at least 6 inches away from other corals due to nasty long sweeper tentacles.

Does it smell better than rubber cement?
