Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I can't get a better video, but I looked at it from above as you recommended, the photo doesn't come out either but it looks like a scratch because you can't see that it goes to the other side of the glass, I can't believe that a trochus has damaged the tank like that, it's not the end of the world if it is a scratch but it is a very big one, we'll see how it looks when they turn on the lights, Anyway, I made some marks to see if it spreads.

I was going to take out the nori yesterday, and I left it longer so the snails could eat it, my biggest mistake. I even took a photo that I forgot to post.

Oh God this is terrible Luis. A snail did this?!!

I was not thinking about the snail eating with the shell against the glass. It would be crazy. I was thinking like Paul, about something on the nori magnet

Sorry Luis I’m having trouble seeing anything. I’m hoping it’s a scratch.
Sorry for the poor quality of the video, but miraculously it didn't come out shaking like my hands were lol. I know it's a bad video, but try this configuration and it will work for all future YouTube videos ;)

The nori feeder has different positions to separate it from the glass but I never imagined that a snail could do that.

I'm always very careful with that, I always check the magnets before moving them for that very reason and look what happens, well in life we always learn and most of the time ee learn from the bad experiences

Luis, I could be wrong, and I pray that I am, but isn't this a chip or crack that is running up and to the right? My heart breaks hearing and seeing this.
