Jason has graduation on Saturday and we don't want him to get sick.

I do the same thing. only works like 20% for me. This might be the very first year in 6 years my kid is in school for the last day of school. but yeah, I usually lock them up 2 weeks before the big vacations somewhere.

We do have a lobster pound that has been trying to get cannabis authorized for use before their boil for a more pleasant way out. Advertised as High End Lobsters!

Jason is exactly the same, lol. Every time we have something important, he always gets sick, whether it's a vacation or a school activity, even before his birthday sometimes, lol.

roadside america. every tourist needs to stop here and get a $36 lobster roll. meanwhile it creates huge traffic jams due to people running back and forth in front of cars. I always avoid driving by here especially around lunch time. people line up HOURS before they even open. it's worse than the Apple Store on new iPhone day.

That is so interesting lol. So lobster isn't very much cheaper up there, or would this roll cost me $6000 down here?

Update on my son he has pneumonia they sent him home with some strong antibiotics and told him to rest.

permanent. for like ever. and there's a lobster shack across the street and a few other places right there. but this one gets so much publicity. There's little shacks everywhere though. personally, I do not like the cold version with mayo. that is the prime one that sells. I like the good ole hot with melted butter. great. Amanda hooked me to buying ribs today. now I want lobster. hmmmm. no. I can't do that. I'll wait till tomorrow. that's too much food for me in one night.

secret to steaming/boiling lobster is to add a bottle of lager to the boil. aids in cooking the meat away from the shell even.

I've used this place before. they'll overnight a lobster to you straight from the water. not like the ones sitting in a tank for a while at your local grocer. they ship them with seaweed to keep them fresh and you can use it in the boil too. Another place in Portland does it too.

essentially it's just a hot dog bun toasted with lettuce then the lobster meat on top. depends on if you go the cold mayo route or hot buttered. everyone tweaks this to their own liking. dipping it in melted butter that's simmered with garlic and onion is my preferred buttery option. even for dipping clams etc...hmmmm clams. if I didn't already have these ribs marinated with barbecue sauce, I'd show up to the kids softball game tonight with fresh steamed lobstah!
