What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I love King crab legs! Let me tell you a story about the best day of my life, better than my wedding day, my children’s births and even better than the day my daughter became someone else’s problem. We were on my friends 67’ SeaRay on Lake Erie with my two oldest ( my third wasn’t born yet and my friend’s wife and two kids. We went to Put in Bay after the season, no place to take kids during the season, that island is like Mardi Gras beads and all. We went into a restaurant that had a all you can eat buffet with king crab legs along with other. I had never walked away from eating king crab legs full so I decided to eat nothing else until I was stuffed. When I couldn’t eat any more and I had butter running down my chin and the front of my shirt I thought to myself this was the best day ever!
Another reason for you to come down here and spend your $1 table credit Kevin. All you can eat of several types of crab legs.... and every other seafood you could imagine
and they'll grill you a ribeye to order!

this is the brewing company that started white beer. they really took care of me during covid shutdown. they would cary 1-2 kegs out to my car every week.
Dang man, yall were having keggers during covid, that's epic.

I’m actually thinking of taking my boys next fall, maybe late August or early September to Lake St.Claire to do some small mouth bass fishing. I have to find the guide my father and I used in 2021. Your more than welcome to join us if we do this!

Goodnight folks, I shared some pics I thought everyone might like. Been digging through old pictures, talk again tomorrow
Awesome pics brother. Youve got me missing the water. See you tomorrow

Never caught smallmouth but it seems like a fun fish to catch. Thanks for inviting brother. Where is this located?

Yeah. dropping my first at preschool I could not believe how many parents broke down. there was a teacher on the front porch with a box of tissues just passing them out. I remember this one kid that was quite tall for his age saying Mommy, Mommy..and another parent just saying "I'm not your mommy". Then there were the other parents that were dropping off their second child. Wow, did they drive away fast!. Most important is hug your kids every day at drop off even if they resist. let them know they're loved. I tell my kids now "I don't care" I am hugging you and kissing you and don't care who sees. If you're embarrassed then bring your friends over and I'll hug them too!
I always tell the story of the first time the bus came to pick up my oldest for his first day of kindergarten. My wife and I walked him down the driveway hugged and kissed him and reluctantly put him on the bus. My second child we walked a little more briskly and put her on the bus. My youngest we ran down the driveway and threw him in the bus, high fived each other and went back in the house.

Good night Jimmy, thanks for sharing the pictures!

Keep your head up brother. You have a beautiful (growing) family! And the Smorgasbord will be here when you get your feet back under you
Absolutely bud! Hopefully(fingers crossed) finishing this job and moving onto something closer after this week! Then life should start getting back to normal

Michigan, right by Rock. We need to invite him as well. Pound for pound no better fighting fish. I don’t know how many times I was large mouth bass fishing and hooked a fish and thought this has to be a 5-6 pound large mouth only to find out it was a 2-3 pound small mouth.
