I think he's eating them but I have so many its hard to tell. Lol

That's what I was thinking as well. The zoas are happy again and this morning for the first time since the crash one of the little red mushrooms are open.

not one of my zoas I have had have grown off the frag plug.
but I am now finally a chalice owner. pictures to come!

Can't wait to see it!!! My green zoa has 8 little ones that have grown off the plug onto the rock the orange one hasn't yet. I'm not sure if there is a way to encourage them to spread. Lol

all that whelk vs Nassarius talk last night I noticed the kids all on the glass this morning. these are Tongan Nassarius from RC. they are larger, smoother shelled, have long eyes, and a longer running tail.

I actually think these might be Olive Nassarius. I've never ordered those, only Tongan so I wonder if there was a mess up? either way, these things always come out and move all over at the hint of food.

I have tried 3 arrow crabs back to back. They all are bristleworms. They all were out and about all day and night never being bothered by any fish, and never bothering any thorn but bristleworms. They all molted sometime in the first 2-4 weeks. They all were never seen again after the molt.

I suspect the freshly molted crab is a treat for the wrasses…but they never seem to pay any attention. I honestly have no idea why this keeps happening

I like how they have descriptions of the different corals under each category. That's really helpful for someone like me that can't remember things very well.

I love watching mine pop up out of the sand. Lol I need a few more for my pico I think there's only one or two of them in there.

yeah, I always appreciate the flow, lighting, feeding, care, on all the websites that have that. supposedly chalice is easy right? I really need photo synthetic stuff that would appreciate some food not required to feed it. I am going to have to do a lawn mowing again. I have some gha that grows in the back corner and hard to reach where the Kenya is. I think tomorrow I will do this and do a little WC. maybe prep another jug too. want to try and get back into a routine of WC. been kind of lax with health stuff going on.

Just take it slow and don't over do it! I have a tendency to over do stuff when I have been sick or injured and start feeling better.

Ya, I plan to show him some love after I upgrade. I don’t have any room in my tank and I can’t remember the last time I purchased a coral.

ah coffee on the patio before it get hot here...getting things ready for the 300 upgrade of sump, drain and returns. adding a second ecotech return pump, one for each side of the tank. Adding two 2 Inch drans to left side of tank, doing away with the back wall drains, gonna plug them and put gsp and zos on them, The back wall rocks almost done waiting for another bucket of marco rock motor to get here Monday.
This week will be busy doing it all...Got 125 gallons of water made..gong to drain 1/2 the tank to drill it. Sump is coming out for redesign got a new router...

think I am going to get the hydros system and throw away all these power bricks...and SO drawn to the new ATI lights coming but will wait till next year to upgrade and ditch the radions..
