What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I really hate to show John up like I did with my new coral on my sandbed but here’s a view of water from my kitchen.

May need to scrub that out when you're done sir. Looks like a science experiment gone wrong

It’s actually going to be a grilling with Kev podcast today. Chicken was marinated overnight.

No bodies in the background <does a quick head count>... every one ok?

In all seriousness, that looks like it is going to be great! What marinade did you use?

Your ability to capture the beauty in your photos is a talent that can only be envied, my friend. How absolutely stunning...
I just snort laughed

Sitting here at work waiting for my two technicians to get back so we can get this water main fixed!
Were able to get some rest last night or did you get called in to help?

I was thinking that as well... but refrained for poor Amanda's sake... but no. John took it there! I was thinking on a pit, cooked whole... well, the obvious parts trimmed off. You don't want it looking at you the whole time!
Cute animals taste good no reason to hold back for me. Keep in mind I shoot Thumper's and Bambi's so I can eat them...

That warms my heart to hear you say that!

Dang, knocked my NY Knicks torch off the rock and it fragged my monti cap using Tim’s Technique. Might as well frag it, I think I’ll cut some of the skeleton off below the flesh band so it sits lower as it has grown so big you can’t see the other three torches well. I’ll have to do it later as I have a meeting at 3:00.

Good morning Joel!
He looks like Bubba... Forrest's friend
That's what greatness looks like! One of the best contact hitters to ever play the game.

We were twins separated at birth. This comment confirms that!

Hello Tom. Any progress on that hammer?
Nope, we're playing chicken to see who gives in first. The peach hammer next to it looks perfect so I'm going with it just doesn't want to live any more. Kind of like wall hammers but a much slower process.

That hammer has been in three different tanks, been through Flux-RX, AlgaeFix and Cipro treatments, been moved a half dozen times in the current tank had three different light sources over it in the current tank and flow from non-existent to ripping the flesh off it. I think it is just plain tired. I traded salt I was going to throw away for it when it was two heads, it is now 24+ heads. If it wants to die, it has earned the right to do so. I'm not mucking with the tank over one coral, or even a few. I'm starting to transition the tank to a more SPS-focused tank and probably going to start carbon dosing, maybe some automation down the road, change from 2-part to All For Reef, etc. over the next few months. Either that or I'll just leave everything as is. We'll see.

So I stopped by my LFS for more frozen fish food during lunch and they had the cutest little yellow watchman goby and a beautiful ruby red dragonet but I didn't buy either of them.

Good Afternoon Everyone,

ITS FRIDAY!!! I was on my son’s field trip today to the apple orchard. Hope everyone is doing great today!!

That is a win! I think we need some tokens, like AA does. A 1 month I think is long enough.
