Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
John,

I've had that problem numerous times. I forget how you get around it but I know it has to do with the way you drop the 'mode' onto the timeline and assign the times. It is a very frustrating glitch in the program. I do remember that you will need to, or at least the only way I got it to work, was to put the pump back to defaults to fix the timeline, then drop the modes on the timeline then assign the times to the modes. I'll try to remember exactly what I did but know it isn't you, it's the program.
Good morning Tom

When I tried to move my can last night I had to strain every muscle in my body. One of the heaviest things I've ever picked up.
Reason 101 why I position my trash can next to the tank and fill it with 5 gallon buckets lol

I mentioned that to him yesterday as well...

Send me a photo.
Maybe you have feeding time enabled, or you have two different settings.
I definitely will brother. Ill get it for you after work. It's not letting me sign in. And you're right. I think I have two different modes saved. Im having trouble deleting one. Thanks man

Good morning everyone, I haven't seen temperatures like this since last year, time to get the coats out lol

I feel you brother. This is just ridiculous.

I still do all my water in 5 gallon buckets just for this reason.
But I'm old and weak...

Yeah I cant figure out why that wouldn't work AND be easier. It's how I've done it for 30 years

20 gallons is very heavy.. 140lbs? Hardest thing I ever picked up. Barely got it off the ground.

Good morning Bailey!
I totally agree and that's what makes us.... us. We can have differing views, but that doesn't mean we have to judge, be mean or disrespectful of someone elses views.
Agreed Brother Rock,

Sometimes though, things are exactly as you're perceiving them lol. I say a good mix of compassion and common sense, make the perfect approach. I try not to judge, but in this world today, and having my kids with me most times, you dont always get to learn someone's life story before an an encounter with them, or whether a place is safe before you go there. Im Just saying times are different out there these days.

Every situation has truth, and our perception of it is completely irrelevant.

Here are the new corals. The hammer is small, but appears to be a true orange.

The "pink" goni isn't as pink in person as it appears in the picture, but for the price, that's a nice healthy little colony. Maybe it'll brighten up as I move it up in the tank after lights acclimation.

Basic bali slimer. Appears healthy and polyps are extending. I just needed a little pop of green on my rock work.
