Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
It would be nice to go out of town and not worry that they were in the car or the ability to go out of town and just plug it in to the hotel socket . I think it would be awesome .
The biggest issue is mixing water. How would you acclimate them? And also pest control if you buy from multiple vendors.

It was more intended for vendors traveling with corals to bring corals back and forth.

I think if you would have a space to put individual containers that would be heated / cooled together ?

I've come home from work a couple of times and my wife tells me how tired she is... When I stop and slowly stare at her, she explains to me that she didn't sleep well last night. My answer is usually "Oh, I know. I felt you tossing and turning and heard you snoring all night..." I think she wants sympathy? I dunno, waking up at 4:30 after going to bed at 11 and laying awake most of the night listening to her "not sleep" makes me kinda unsympathetic at times. 😂
The secret is to have separate rooms she has a Queen and i have a King lol just me and three of my cats in my room :)

Years ago I remember going to AZ and in the middle of summer I go into the mountains and have snow ball fight .

Thanks, anything after beating Xichigan is icing on the cake. I’m sure we will be playing them again at some point during the playoffs and this time the Buckeyes will have a chip on their shoulders. I’ve been rooting for Indiana all season, they have been breaking their own records all season and I really like their qb.
It doesn't get any easier now though Kev. Georgia and Ole Miss are both better teams in my opinion than Indiana. The competition in the SEC is so fierce that a loss is almost avoidable. Records dont mean much at this point, so now is an EXCELLENT time to have that "chip". I'd still say OSU has to be a favorite.

Three weeks ago today was the last time I cleaned my glass. For the last couple months I’ve been cleaning once a week even though it really didn’t need it. How am I capable of doing this, I have no clue.

ah sunday coffee....Italian Carmel macchiato ,
got my hands on a forest fire digi, tubbs stellata montipora, bubble gum digi and a platygre yesterday today find a spot in the tank...
going to this meet, had me and the girl carrying these cups with lids in a bag...we came up with an idea which we are going to make one.
One of the people I had coffee with, yes coffee had a few frag and carrying them said it was a good idea and wanted one so we are going to make one...see how it goes.....of course it will be personalize with a persons name on it or what ever they want,,,,
how is everyone doing today....my up is raised to you all
Was that the AZ Frag meet? I'd love to get another Tubbs, lost mine in a crash.

UV light ?
Ya, but I’ve been running one for a few years. I did replace the bulb a little while back but I do that about once a year.

And you everytime you put your hands in the tank!
I wear elbow length gloves everytime my hands go in the tank. No one is allowed to put their hands in the tank...my wife even has her own pair of gloves...lol
Is there a reason we’re talking gloves today ?

Got any pics of the platy? I have a tubbs Stella frag in my tank. It survived so many things in my tank and is still thriving. A very hardy coral and a nice pop of green.
