It was -13 when I left my house yesterday... its a warm one today. Its already 15°!

It really does. I'm normally a pretty happy person but lately with not sleeping well I have been over emotional and having horrible mood swings and just exhausted all the time.

At least you have enough self awareness to realize that you're not yourself these days. I felt that way a few times in my life when my blood sugar got out of whack. You just don't feel like yourself. I bet the doctors have a solution for you :)

Good morning, everyone! Must have had some crazy sleep last night. Slept almost an hour later than I normally do, haha.

Remember to keep the spirit of Christmas everywhere you go today! It is a time of joy and giving. We don't always have to give our time or material things to others. Instead, we can give compliments, a nice gesture, or simple acts of gratitude towards each other. Doing simple acts like this can change someone's day today.

Nice video, it has an almost subdued, industrial feel to it. I like his voice

Good morning Smorgsters! Off of work today, making my biannual pilgrimage to the transplant institute at University Hospital in Cleveland for a check up, usually goes like this “ how are you feeling? Great! Take a deep breath. Ok see you in 6 months, bye. The doctor I’ve been seeing every six months since I was in my mid twenties retired after my last visit in June. Been practicing saying my new doctor’s name and I still don’t have it right. I’m pretty sure he’s not Irish.

Haha! It is going to be hard to make a better post than this today. Good luck Kevin. I hope it's an easy one for you.

That’s how my father drank it so when I went from sipping his to pouring my own that’s how it went. I don’t like sweet drinks or food so a sweetener is a no go. I’ll drink hot tea ( I like black tea better than green tea) but I won’t drink sweet ice tea.

Same here Kevin. Now imagine the heck I've received as a Southerner that doesn't drink sweet tea
