If you are really having a problem with bristleworms, take a small water bottle and put a piece of raw shrimp or the like in it and sink it to the bottom just before lights out.
Sometime before lights on go check the bottle.
There should be a worm or 10 in that bottle.
Take it out and say bye bye to those worms.
This worked well for me before I got Moe.
Now, I haven't seen a worm of any kind for many years.
I haven't seen a snail, shrimp or bit of spare food either lol.

I have to get up before the light come on . That won’t work . I’ve try it before and most got out before I got to it . Plus they would multiply before the next night . I appreciate your concern but I wouldn't mind trying a CBB . I’ve had them in the past before I had a bristleworm issue .

Evening everybody !! I've been busy got a new Icecap 10g cube "with that 100 bucks i won on R2R" to switch over my other IM 20gallon so i can set up a second Reef tank :) First IM 20 i set up i used sand . Anyone not use sand ? what do you use and if nothing what do you put between your rock and the glass ? now i get to go back and read about what everyone's been eating the last few days :)

We were inspired by @LadyMac ’s suggestion and went with pasta. Spicy chicken sausage penne with a creamy mushroom sauce and garlic butter yeast rolls. Pretty darn good, if I do say so myself!
