Alright, chefs of R2R. I'm making breakfast for my in laws tomorrow and need a killer buiscuit recipe...Does anyone have one? I'm covered on the gravy part as my momma makes the best southern sausage gravy ever.

Honestly, you can't go wrong with some frozen Grands Southern-style biscuits, but I'm also trying to diversify my cooking skills and learn some new stuff so that homemade biscuits would satisfy two needs.

Just enjoy the day and don’t make it about the biscuits . Once you put the gravy on no one will ever say anything about the biscuits .

i havent checked my parameters :) heres some pics
Looks like Dinos like the ones I had, I dosed silicates and knocked them out myself very quickly. I did do a high dose. I do have some sponge growth though lol

so do i need to add Phosphates ? and how do i do this ?

First check your phosphate levels. I had them but my phosphate was actually too high and my nitrates were low. You want to try & maintain a proper balance of around 50x1 of nitrates to phosphates, I have had Dinos two times and both were because my phosphates were too high compared to my nitrates. To get rid of mine I used some Phosphate-e to get my phosphates from 0.7 to 0.1 (over a period of time) and dosed silicates for around 3 weeks and knocked them out.

Make sure to run carbon as some of them are toxic as well.

Sorry, my phone won't let me flip them so they're horizontal for some reason...
