Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
That is very true Amanda! Mine obviously also needed another owner lol.
I really hope I don't kill mine. I have lost so many corals in about to just stick with softies and zoas.

Forgot to post this one last night. I started to mount electrical stuff while I wait on my union to finish plumbing the pump.

I’m really glad I extended the stand and added compartments on each end. This end is obviously the electric side.

That looks awesome Rock! I just started the print for your power brick holder.

Me too! I remember one time I was eating lunch with the Dalai Lama, Mahatma Gandhi and Jesus. Woke up on the beach missing one of my flip flops. This was when I was stationed in Hawaii and you could find them in cow pastures.

Oh.... wait... I apologize. You mean Fungiidae.... commonly known as mushroom corals.
Did you lose or blow out your flip flop? Hope you didn't step on a pop top.

That guy is putting all of us to work!

@kevgib67 you were wondering about nems for you clown fish to host right? I have read that sometimes they will also host Goniapora. I can't remember if you have any in your tank but that could be an option for you. I'm curious to see if my two clowns will choose one of the Goniapora I'm adding.
Clownfish will host in an inner tube. If anything you want an anemone to stop them from hosting in your goni, duncan. plate, etc. that will not take kindly to playing host to a couple of aquatic thugs.

So far mine haven't bothered any of my other corals hopefully it will stay that way. If not I have a nice big sump they can be moved to.

YES! Has a chance of being my album of the year this year. It has been an absolutely incredible album to listen to. This is one song on it. They haven't made new music in 13 years so this has been an absolute treat to listen to

Excellent song! I just downloaded the entire album. Verse 3 hit really hard. Im glad to see someone with a voice make an 8 minute song these days!

Knowing my luck, I can put 35 anemones in a tank with one hammer coral or goni and they'll find that one LPS to smack around.

Are you enjoying the new one? Im in a music rut and I need something new. I've gotten some good recommendations through your posts Bailey.
Rob Zombie dropped a new song. So did Black Label Society

Yep! Karnivool helped establish the prog rock genre in Australia, and every album they have is good, but this is easily their best work. Generally, I have to be in the mood for longer songs, considering I have some albums where it's four to five songs, pushing an hour for the entire album. Been enjoying prog a whole lot more recently! You should look into Moron Police as well. They made an excellent, more upbeat prog album last year that is an absolute blast to listen to.

You're going to do great! There are certainly going to be losses in this hobby and that doesn't really get any easier over time. You're buying quality corals, doing your research, and asking questions.

Your tank layout is excellent and I really expect for you to have success Amanda.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained!
You have to try my dear.
