Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
When I lived in Texas, I would fill my doe tags. We would shoot the hogs just to shoot them, they are so destructive and overpopulated. They have Axis deer there and since they are an exotic, there is no season for them. You can hunt them year round. They taste better than a white tail. The Axis were once on a ranch, but obviously escaped and have now, many years, later formed a very large population there.
I want to get me an Auodad out there. They've found them in Arizona on occasion but I think they're very few and far between our here.

We had a vendor come out for a sales pitch so I had me a Vito from Jimmy John's with a bag of Salt and Vinegar potato chips, a Dr Pepper, and a Zebra Cake for dessert.
The Vito is my go to JJ sandwich! Well played sir

That looks SO good!!
We had a potluck today for a RN that is retiring. Someone made banana pudding, it was the best 'nana pudding I have ever had! My grandmother is rolling over in her grave hearing me say that.. but... it was!
Oh... there was a tray of Chick-fil-A sandwiches, someone brought spicy meatballs, some salad stuff (I passed on that), plenty of desserts, chips with homemade quac dip and salsa... I'm forgetting some items for sure.
That sounds like a spread!

My sister has bone cancer where they took the biopsy, doctor says it can be taken care of, they start radiation tomorrow . She says she is tired of dealing with it, but I reminded her, her grand kids and great grand son don't want her quit. The doctor at John B. Amos Cancer center in Columbus told me and my Niece that this is the same cancer that was in her lung. He said its slow and can be treated. I said I hope so
Thats tough stuff Jimmy. Between you and those grand babies, she has all the motivation in the world to fight.

And you have all the support in the world. We're here for you, and you can hit me up anytime you have something on your mind, my brother

Continuing to send prayers for her and your family!

New corals are in the tank but they aren't happy yet. I will post better pictures when they decide to open. The birdsnest, 6 head duncan and RFAs are from a seller I'm trying on ebay, the rest are from SBB Corals.
This is probably a ridiculous question Amanda, but how are the RFAs attached to the rock?

Ugh... I hate cancer. I hate that she has to go through this, but I'm so glad to hear that the prognosis looks good. You did a great thing by reminding her of her motivation through it. Prayers continuing for her! Keep us updated.

I held them there just a little while and they attached themselves.

Thank you so much, its really hard to stay positive and also keep my sister thinking positive.

I can't imagine how hard that must be. Oftentimes, it falls to the family to keep the person being treated in the right mindset. I've watched this firsthand as someone who works in the medical field. Although this is a difficult mantle to wear, it is rewarding once the battle is over. It's okay to be strong for her, but remember to take care of yourself in your downtime, too. She's got this, and so do you! I look forward to some good updates. :)

I'm giving a thumbs up even though I have no idea what you guys are talking about. Well, I know of which you speak, but the whole 3D printer stuff I am clueless on.
And, yet, another reason that I like you. Sort of.

@ShakeyGizzard, I'm so sorry to hear about your sister. I will be praying for her.

Wishing your family the best.

My view all day today, I had to clean 3 air conditioners in this house and it took me more than 7 hours lol, between looking at the tank and talking to the owner
