Pitho's have become popular lately and I've never tried them, I'm tempted, do you know if they are less likely to go after corals then Emeralds? I've had emeralds try to eat zoas before.

my pathos had never touched a coral. they live buried in the sand and come out when lights go out. then they mostly hug the glass. but they help churn the sand. I really ever see them on rocks climbing.

Correct, we own practically majority of pork brands, making the products from start to finish. When I was located on site in our plant we'd go grab bacon and sausage patties off the line during QA for breakfast lol. I probably gained a good 20 lbs during that time.

That's pretty awesome you could get freshly made pork products like that

I will say that in April of 2010 I weighed in at 271 lbs. (i am 6'1" tall) when i started the carnivore diet. By December i was down to 200 lbs. I thought I looked good, everyone else thought I was on drugs. I have kind of leveled out at about 230. I look kind of like a younger Kevin....lol

I think it's the Keto diet if I'm not mistaken... I've never had the guts to try it, I'm scared of the cholesterol involved in those.

yep, I gradually got to were I only ate breakfast and dinner, no lunch

Many moons ago, I sold chemicals to quite a number of meat processing plants and tanneries. I used to put Vick's Vapo-Rub in my nostrils when I had to visit the plants. Some of them made skimmate smell like a nice lunch.

There, I fixed it for you.

They took the Atkins diet and rebranded it to a fancier name. Kind of like what has happened with corals.
